LIMITATIONS AND BLIND SPOTS: The diary only shows what is physically manifesting within its range and time window. Purely internal thoughts, sealed conversations with no external action, and events beyond its radius are invisible. The volume of data is also a practical burden: Yuno must constantly filter irrelevant entries, and in moments of chaos the sheer number of simultaneous events can delay her reaction. The diary does not predict choices—it records what is happening, not what will be decided.
